Am I Part of the Cure or am I part fo the disease

Born out from a brightly colored egg, Kashikoi and the other two within her clutch came into the world between the paws of a female dragon who was not their blood mother. Though often wondering how her biological parents had perished, Kashikoi found the two dragons that cared for her no less than family. The couple was loving, appreciative of the children they had been blessed to come across, as the female was infertile and could not have them herself.
Despite being quite the trouble-maker, Ashi had a knack for getting out of sticky situations that her two brothers did not. By the time she was old enough to leave the care of her guardians, both her siblings had perished, leaving a permanent ache in her heart.
As time went, the dragon found herself becoming lonesome, and questioning the purpose of each solitary day that passed. She wanted a reason- she needed one, and so when Amaterasu called upon the dragon race to aid the Oina in battle, she considered it a perfect opportunity to come in contact with her spiritual path.
Cheng wasn't exactly what she'd expected. He was... well, not much to look at in a glance, an average human. An average constantly drunk human, and though she saw little opportunity to find her reasons within him, there was plenty of intoxication to take advantage of. At least she was having fun at the roadstop.
